These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hair Vitals mobile application ("App") operated by Hair Vitals ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hair Vitals. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Hair Vitals is an informational tool, not a medical service. The AI-generated hair scores, classifications, and observations are for personal tracking purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (such as a dermatologist) before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment.
You retain ownership of the photos and data you provide to Hair Vitals. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and data solely for the purpose of providing the Hair Vitals service (AI analysis, progress tracking, and related features).

Our AI analysis provides estimates based on the photos you submit. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, angles, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis. Hair scores and classifications should be used as general indicators, not definitive assessments.
We strive to keep Hair Vitals available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Vitals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hair Vitals and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important: Deleting your Hair Vitals account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. To stop being charged, you must cancel your subscription separately in your device's App Store settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
